Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Domestic (U.S.) delivery: 3–7 business days (excluding processing). Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50; orders under $50 will have shipping fees calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently only ship within the United States.
We are not responsible for courier delays.

returns & exchanges
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie, panties, and intimate toys cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unused and unopened accessories (e.g., chokers, arm rings, tattoo stickers) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
